This Privacy Policy describes how Campbell Marketing and Communications (“Company”)   protects information that you provide to the Company when you use this website (the “Website”).

What we collect on the Website 

 

The Website does not include a data input form.  We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous Website usage information.  Google stores and collects certain types of information regarding Website usage.  Google’s privacy policy is available at:  https://policies.google.com/privacy

The Website collects the following Metadata information about your Website visit, this data may be stored in Google Analytics and in the Company’s system log files: 

  • The IP Address you appear to connect from
  • Pages visited 
  • Device Type and metadata about your device: operating system, manufacturer, etc. 
  • Metrics concerning page load time, duration of visit, possibly clicks on links in each page

 

Although an IP Address can represent your current location, it is not 100% accurate.  We do not use your IP Address to make any attempt to re identify you or use the IP Address in an attempt to find an actual matching address or name.

 

What we do with the information we gather

 

We may use this information to better understand your needs and provide all visitors to the Website with a better service.  We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required to do so by law.

We do not solicit personal information from children, and no one under the age of eighteen (18) should submit personal information to us.  If we discover that personal information submitted to us pertains to a child under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete it.

Any California resident may choose to opt-out of the sharing of such personal information with third parties for marketing purposes at any time by directing such requests to privacy@campbellmarketing.com.
