Automotive Marketing – Call Center

Principle, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inquiries from performance parts prospects, owners, dealers, and performance parts distributors (dealer and aftermarket channels).
    1. Topics include: Ford performance parts availability, application, fitment, and installation support/troubleshooting.
    2. Performance products include street, track, and off-road applications.
    3. Performance parts include: engine assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components, powertrain, driveline, differential, suspension, induction, electrical, fuel systems, engine control packs, exhaust, wheels, lighting, gauges, and appearance.
    4. Inquiries originate via phone, chat, email, and traditional mail. Responses and resolution can take any method to resolve.
  2. Flash powertrain control modules.
  3. Manage account’s vehicle fleet

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  1. Undergraduate degree preferred
  2. Strong technical knowledge of Ford performance vehicle applications with an emphasis on high performance engines, engine swaps, engine management electrical, drivelines, and suspensions.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  5. Dealership, distributor, or aftermarket parts experience.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  7. Requires light ravel. May require weekend/evening hours, some physical activities such as event support or flashing PCMs at a warehouse.

Working Conditions:

This position is currently home-based with the expectation of returning to an office environment during 2021. Training will be handled in office.

Assistant Account Executive

Automotive Marketing – Call Center

Principle, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inquiries from performance vehicle prospects, owners, dealers, distributors, and enthusiast club members.
    1. Topics include: requests for current and historical vehicle information, dealer referrals, memorabilia sales, warranty support, event materials, technical data on performance and limited-edition products, accessory part availability, fitment and installation.
    2. Inquiries originate via phone, chat, email, and traditional mail. Responses and resolution can take any method to resolve.
  2. Assist with research, planning and implementation of client activities.
  3. Fulfill memorabilia transactions from a web-based marketplace with focus on sales growth, performance metrics, and new product development.
  4. With supervision:
    1. Write newsletter stories and articles.
    2. Research budget information for client-approved work or proposals.
    3. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and attend client planning sessions.
    4. Oversee project involving the fulfillment of materials to owners of performance vehicles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  1. Degree in marketing or related undergrade degree. Can be in process.
  2. Technical knowledge of cars, with an emphasis on high performance vehicles, including engines, drivelines, and suspensions.
  3. E-commerce experience and/or desire/ability to drive sales growth
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  7. Requires light travel (1/year). May required weekend/evening hours and some physical activities such as standing and/or walking on a racetrack or equivalent surface for extended periods of time.
